we love this ice cream and every time I make it there is never any left.

Ingredients For summertime peach ice cream

  • 4 c
    fresh peaches (about 8)
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 12 oz
    evaporated canned milk
  • sm. box
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 14 oz
    can eagle brand milk
  • 4 c
    half & half

How To Make summertime peach ice cream

  • 1
    Combine peaches and sugar and let stand 1 hour. Stir together evaporated milk and pudding mix in a lg. bowl, stir in the peach puree, Eagle Brand Condensed Milk and Half & Half. Pour into freezer container of a ice cream maker (4 qt.) Churn by directions on the ice cream maker until done.
