Yep, that's right, SNOW cream! Ice cream made out of snow. My son would beg me for this the moment he saw enough snow on the ground to scoop a bucket full. So sorry for those of you who don't get any of the beautiful white stuff falling at least one time each year. This makes the best homemade tasting ice cream I think and I'm not even a vanilla ice cream fan. You want to eat what you fix though as it doesn't save well. It tends to get rock hard. Oh and remember, DON'T EAT YELLOW SNOW! ;) Recipes and pictures are my own. There are 4 flavors to try!

How To Make snow cream 4 ways-annette's

Add all the above ingredients to the snow, but add the snow about 1/3 at a time while you mix until you have enough to make the mixture thick. Eat right away. Enjoy!

****You can substitute brown sugar for regular sugar. You can also substitute almond extract or coconut for vanilla or add some cinnamon.****

Snow Cream #1 is a smaller amount and not as "creamy" but is sweet whereas Snow Cream #2 will produce a larger amount with more vanilla based and creamier ice cream. (I prefer #1 with cinnamon)

Pistachio and Chocolate-The amount of milk you need to use will vary based on the type of snow. Add as much as you need to get the consistency you desire. The pudding will cause it to thicken and turn somewhat creamy after it sits in your bowl awhile.
