Part Smoothie, part slushy, this drink is refreshing for any time! By adding a few things, this is a great Breakfast drink, or by itself, a refreshing beverage thicker than a drink, but not quite there for a thicker smoothie.

Ingredients For raz'anana "smushy"

1banana, frozen and broken into chunks

1 c(8oz) strawberry yogurt or (plain low fat yogurt)

1/2 cfrozen raspberries

1/4 cfrozen blueberries (or blackberries)

1 cfrozen strawberries

1 Tbsphoney or splenda packet

1/8 tspcinnamon (or a dash)

3/4 capple juice or orange juice

1/4 csplash cranberry juice, about 2-3 tbsp

1/2 cice, about 5 or so
- OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ADD FOR BREAKFAST DRINK

1/4 ccooked quick oatmeal

1 Tbspflax
-
1 Tbspbenefiber
-
1 Tbspwheat germ
How To Make raz'anana "smushy"

1Pour banana into blender and pulse a few times. Add raspberries and blueberries and half of the ice and pulse. Add juice, honey, cinnamon and rest of ice and blend about 15-30 seconds. Add a splash more juice if needed.

2For Breakfast drink: After above has been completed, add oatmeal, flax and benefiber if you wish, and blend about 15 seconds to combine.
