4 pkgfrozen raspberries in syrup, partially thawed (10 ounces each)

4 chalf and half

3 csugar

1 cmilk

1 1/2 Tbspgrated lemon rind

1/4 cfresh lemon juice

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make raspberry ice cream

1Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl; stir until the sugar dissolves.

2Pour the mixture into the freezer container of a 5-quart hand-turned or electric ice cream freezer.

3Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pack freezer with additional ice and rock salt, and let stand 1 hour before serving.
