Ingredients For pumpkin pie ice cream

  • 1 c
    thick pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 3/4 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 1/4 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    raisins

How To Make pumpkin pie ice cream

  • 1
    Beat pumpkin with sugar, spices, lemon juice & evaporated milk.

    Beat cream until thickened, then fold into pumpkin mixture.

    Chill for 1 hour.

    Freeze churn until ready, adding raisins just before churning is complete.
  • 5
    Serve immediately or store in freeze to cure.
