Ingredients For pumpkin ice cream

  • 1/2 gal
    vanilla ice cream, softened (not soupy!)
  • 16 oz
    canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix!)
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    allspice
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1 c
    white sugar

How To Make pumpkin ice cream

    Thoroughly mix all ingredients.

    Store in a flat freezer container.

    Cut into serving-size pieces.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you prefer, or don't have the various spices on hand, substitute 2 - 3 teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice for the four spices that are listed.
