16 ozcanned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix!)

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspallspice

1/2 tspginger

1/4 tspground cloves

1 cwhite sugar
How To Make pumpkin ice cream

1Thoroughly mix all ingredients.

2Store in a flat freezer container.

3Cut into serving-size pieces.

4PLEASE NOTE: If you prefer, or don't have the various spices on hand, substitute 2 - 3 teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice for the four spices that are listed.
