This is an oldie I've had for years. Someone gave to me along the line years ago. It is very good and gets inhaled quickly.

Ingredients For pudding on the ritz

  • crust:
  • 2 cups crushed ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • mix together well and pat firmly into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate while preparing filling.
  • filling:
  • 2 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

How To Make pudding on the ritz

  • 1
    Mix filling ingredients in bowl. (pudding mixture will be thick). Mix in: 1 quart of softened ice cream (vanilla, butter pecan), or any other flavor. Use electric mixer on low speed to mix in. Pour over crust.

    Chill for awhile and top with 8 oz. tub of cool whip. Cover the top with toffee bits or desired crushed candy bars.

    Refrigerate until serving time.
