This is an oldie I've had for years. Someone gave to me along the line years ago. It is very good and gets inhaled quickly.

Refrigerate/Freeze
Ingredients For pudding on the ritz

crust:

2 cups crushed ritz crackers

1/2 cup melted butter

3 tablespoons sugar

mix together well and pat firmly into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate while preparing filling.

filling:

2 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding mix

2 cups cold milk
How To Make pudding on the ritz

1Mix filling ingredients in bowl. (pudding mixture will be thick). Mix in: 1 quart of softened ice cream (vanilla, butter pecan), or any other flavor. Use electric mixer on low speed to mix in. Pour over crust.

2Chill for awhile and top with 8 oz. tub of cool whip. Cover the top with toffee bits or desired crushed candy bars.

3Refrigerate until serving time.
