I found this in my mother's recipe box. I don't know where it came from but it is very good and easy to make.

Ingredients For pistachio dessert

  • 2 tube
    ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/2 c
    butter melted
  • 1/2 gal
    vanilla ice cream softened
  • 2 pkg
    instant pistachio pudding mix (small) dry
  • 8 oz
    cool whip topping
  • 2
    butterfinger bars crushed

How To Make pistachio dessert

  • 1
    Placed crushed crackers in 9x13 pan and add melted butter. Form a crust in the bottom of the pan.

    Mix softened ice cream with dry pudding mix. Pour over crust. Cover with cool whip topping. Sprinkle with crushed Butterfinger bars.

    Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
