How To Make peanut butter fudge homemade ice cream

1Combine the sugar, chocolate, and milk in the top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until the sugar and chocolate melt, stirring occasionally. Stir in peanut butter.

2Remove from heat. Let it cool slightly. Stir in the whipping cream and the vanilla.

3Pour the mixture into the freezer container of a 2-quart hand-turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pack the freezer with additional ice and salt and let stand for 1 hour before serving.
