This is one of my favorites that my mother used to make for us as a child. I am grown and still love making it for my hubby. Try it once, and there's no turning back!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This chocolate cookie mint chocolate chip freeze will be a crowd-pleasing dessert on a hot summer's day. It's similar to a giant ice cream sandwich that can be sliced and served to guests. A crunchy chocolate sandwich cookie crust is paired with a creamy layer of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Then, it's topped with rich fudge sauce and whipped cream. It's a heavenly combination you won't regret trying.
