I love anything mango,this is easy and delicious,I just don't like to wait overnight!! I'm sure you could put this in your ice cream freezer. Sometimes I add a cup of strawberries,2 c mango.Two of my favorite flavors.

Ingredients For mango sorbet

3 c mangoes (coarsely chopped)

1 c heavy cream

1 c sugar

1 c ice cubes
How To Make mango sorbet

1Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and slightly thickened. Pour the puree into a plastic freezer storage bag and place in your freezer.About every 1/2 hour for the first 2 hours mash the bag by hand to keep the ice crystals small and the sorbet smooth. Freeze over night, and serve the next day for best results.
