Ingredients For low carb vanilla shake

  • 2 scoop
    whey protein powder 1 gram of carbs per scoop
  • 2 c
    unsweetened coconut milk 1 gram of carbs per 1 cup
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

How To Make low carb vanilla shake

    Put everything in the blender. Blend till thick and smooth.
