1 Tbspgrated lemon zest plus more for garnish (optional)

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

3heaping tablespoons store bought lemon curd

11 ozvanilla ice cream (about 1 3/4 packed cups)

whipped cream, sweetened

pizzelle cookies for garnish (optional)
How To Make lemon meringue pie milk shakes

1In blender, combine milk,lemon zest,juice and curd; blend 5 seconds.

2Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth (about 10 seconds)

3Top shakes with whipped cream. Garnish with zest and pizzelles, if desired. Serve immediately.
