This is a recipe I came up with on my own because I love Key Lime Cheesecake. It is very light and refreshing and brings a taste of Florida right into your own kitchen.

Ingredients For key lime cheesecake ice cream

2 cheavy whipping cream

1 chalf and half
-
8 ozsoftened cream cheese

2eggs
-
2 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla

2/3 cfreshly squeezed key lime juice
How To Make key lime cheesecake ice cream

1cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth, add eggs and mix well.

2Add vanilla, and key lime juice, mix until incorporated

3Slowly add half and half, and heavy cream, scraping sides of mixing bowl. Whip until semi thick. Pour into a plastic container and refrigerate until well chilled.

4Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze for 20-30 minutes. Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze until firm (about 3 hours).
