This is a no brainer assembly and no bake dessert and it comes from Jody Koerber from Taste of Home mag. I wish I had thought of it first.

Ingredients For ice cream sandwich dessert

  • 19 md
    ice cream sandwiches (or enough to fit a 13x9 inch pan in 2 layers)
  • 12 oz
    container whipped frozen topping, thawed
  • 11 3/4 oz
    jar hot fudge ice cream topping
  • 1 c
    salted peanuts

How To Make ice cream sandwich dessert

    Arrange a layer of ice cream sandwiches on the 9x13x2 pan, you will probably have to cut some of the ice cream sandwiches on the end to make them fit.

    Spread with half the whipped topping, spoon fudge topping on whipped topping, sprinkle with 1/2 of the nuts.

    repeat layer of ice cream sandwich, whipped topping, and rest of peanuts.

    Freeze, then cover tightly and freeze for up to 2 months.

    Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
