This is a no brainer assembly and no bake dessert and it comes from Jody Koerber from Taste of Home mag. I wish I had thought of it first.

Ingredients For ice cream sandwich dessert

19 mdice cream sandwiches (or enough to fit a 13x9 inch pan in 2 layers)

12 ozcontainer whipped frozen topping, thawed

11 3/4 ozjar hot fudge ice cream topping

1 csalted peanuts
How To Make ice cream sandwich dessert

1Arrange a layer of ice cream sandwiches on the 9x13x2 pan, you will probably have to cut some of the ice cream sandwiches on the end to make them fit.

2Spread with half the whipped topping, spoon fudge topping on whipped topping, sprinkle with 1/2 of the nuts.

3repeat layer of ice cream sandwich, whipped topping, and rest of peanuts.

4Freeze, then cover tightly and freeze for up to 2 months.

5Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
