Pudding makes everything better, never boring- it's smooth and silky and always leaves you wanting more. This recipe can be changed up to suit your flavor preference. There are hundreds of combinations. Last year I used pumpkin ice cream and cheesecake pudding it was very , very delicious.

Ingredients For ice cream dessert

1 cgraham cracker crumbs

1 csoda cracker crumbs

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cmelted butter
-
1/2 galbutter pecan ice cream

2 lgpkgs.(6 oz. each) french vanilla or butterscotch instant pudding

1 cmilk
-
8 oztub thawed cool whip
-
1/4 cbutter brickle crunchy bits, optional
How To Make ice cream dessert

1Mix together the graham and soda cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a small bowl mixing like pie crust and pat into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350^ for 12-15 minutes. Soften the ice cream;set aside. In a large bowl blend the puddings and the 1 cup of milk and mix well until starting to thicken; add to soft ice cream and blend well. Pour into cooled crust and spread top with Cool Whip nd sprinkle top with butter brickle, if desired.
