Ingredients For homemade strawberry sorbet

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 3- 3/4 c
    strawberries fresh, washed and hulled
  • 2 tsp
    lemon zest, grated

How To Make homemade strawberry sorbet

  • 1
    puree strawberries in a blender or food processor. blend in the remaining ingredients, pour into a bowl or deep dish, cover, and freeze at least 3 hours, or overnight.
