This is a great ice cream. We have it a lot in the summer time when we have get togethers.

Ingredients For homemade strawberry ice cream

2 cheavy whipping cream
-
1 cansweetened condensed milk 14 oz1

1 lbstrawberries, fresh

1 tspvanilla extract

1 Tbspsugar
How To Make homemade strawberry ice cream

1Hull and chop strawberries. Puree about half of the strawberries in food processor or blender.

2In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

3Fold in condensed milk until blended.

4Spread about half this mixture into a loaf pan or container.

5Spread about half of the strawberry puree on top.

6Sprinkle about half of the chopped strawberries on top. Spread remaining ice cream mixture into the container.

7Spread remaining strawberry puree on top. Run a knife or spatula thru container to create swirl.

8Sprinkle remaining chopped strawberries on top. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
