How To Make homemade ice cream

1Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Add yolks to evaporated milk and sugar.

3Blend in whites and vanilla extract. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to the "fill" line with whole milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer by manufacturer's directions.
