I just made this for the kids and they loved it so did I. Do you love ice cream but not the calories that come with it? Try this one. Its so easy and so good and healthy

Ingredients For homemade healthy ice cream

  • 2 frozen bananas, cut into 1 inch slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons low fat milk (i used 2%)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

How To Make homemade healthy ice cream

  • 1
    Peel and cut bananas and place on a plate in the freezer for 2 hours or overnight. Place bananas and raspberries in food processor and blend until smooth, add milk and vanilla and blend well. You can eat right away as its like soft ice cream or put into a freezer safe container and freeze for harder ice cream. You could use any frozen fruit to make this. ~Enjoy~
