A great, healthy way to get your kids (and some adults) to eat more fruit and not preservatives or a lot of sugar that is in store bought popsicles.

Ingredients For healthy popsicles

3 cwatermelon pureed
-
1/2 cblueberries, fresh or frozen

1/2 cstrawberries, fresh; chopped

1kiwi fruit; peeled and sliced

1peach or nectarine; diced

1/2 ccherries; pitted and diced
How To Make healthy popsicles

1Cut the watermelon into chunks and then puree it in a blender until smooth. Set aside.

2Set out about 1 dozen popsicle molds (amount needed will vary depending on size of molds). Fill each one with the chopped fresh fruit.

3Pour in the watermelon puree until each mold is full to the top.

4Place a/the popsicle stick into each one. Place in freezer and freeze for about 6 to 8 hours.
