How To Make greek yogurt popsicles
Test Kitchen Tips
Fruit: For smaller berries like raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries, measure out 2 cups whole berries. For larger fruit like strawberries, mango, peaches, or cherries, chop the fruit into 1/2" pieces before measuring out 2 cups.
Molds: If you have more popsicle mixture than you have popsicle molds, don't worry! You'll simply need to work in batches. Cover the leftover fruit mixture tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge. When the first batch of popsicles are frozen and ready to be released from the mold, simply re-fill the mold with the remaining fruit mixture and freeze a second batch.
Storage: Store popsicles individually wrapped in foil in a freezer-safe zip-top bag for up to 3 months.

-
1Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with just 2 Tbsp honey.
-
2Blend on high speed until smooth and combined. Add 1 to 2 Tbsp more honey to taste. (At this point, you can add 1/4 c additional yogurt if the fruit you're using is particularly juicy or watery - like in the case of strawberries and blueberries - so the mixture isn't too thin.)
-
3Divide the fruit mixture evenly between popsicle molds.
-
4Insert popsicle sticks if your molds have the slot for them; if not, freeze the popsicles until semi-frozen, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, before adding the popsicle sticks.
-
5Freeze for at least 6 hours before removing the popsicles from the molds.
