Ingredients For fruit sorbet

2.75 canwater

1/4 csugar

3/4 cfrozen orange juice concentrate

1 tsporange peel, finely shredded
How To Make fruit sorbet

1In a small saucepan combine the water and sugar.

2Heat and stir mixture until sugar is dissolved.

3Cool to room temperature.

4Add the frozen concentrate and the orange peel; stir until the concentrate is dissolved.

5Freeze in a 1 or 2 quart ice-cream freezer according to manufacturer\'s directions.
