Ingredients For fried ice creme

3 cice cream
-
1/4 cheavy whipping cream
-
1 1/4 cgraham cracker crumbs

1 tspcinnamon

oil for deep frying
How To Make fried ice creme

1Heat oil at 375. Using 1/2 cup ice cream place six scoops on bake sheet. Freeze. Place heavy cream in shallow bowl. Combine crackers and cinnamon in smaller bowl

2Dip & roll icre cream in heavy cream then in crackers & cinnamon. Cover and freeze 1 hr.

3Roll ice cream in heavy cream then crackers and cinnamon again. Freeze for 15 minutes.

4In a electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil. Fry the ice cream scoops 10 to 15 seconds, till lightly brown. Drain on wax.
