Ingredients For fresh banana ice cream

2 Tbspflour

1 csugar

1/8 tspsalt

2 cmilk
-
2 mdeggs, beaten

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 cheavy cream
-
2 cmashed ripe bananas, about 6 medium
How To Make fresh banana ice cream

1In Heavy Saucepan mix together flour, sugar and salt. Stir in milk & eggs. Cook over low, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.

2Pour mixture into a bowl and as it cools, stir to release the steam. Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream & bananas.

3Freeze in 2 quart ice-cream freezer.
