I tore this recipe out of a magazine at my doctor's office. It's super easy and quick. Not to mention delicious! It's great to use as your own "mixer" base, stir in fruit, cookies, candies, etc and create your own flavor.

Ingredients For easy ice cream

  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 can
    14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How To Make easy ice cream

  • 1
    Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl until thick, and stiff peaks form, 3-5 minutes. (if you are going to add in your candies, cookies, etc, do it at this time)

    Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer safe container, cover and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours,and up to 2 weeks.
