I changed the rum out for rum flavoring so all can enjoy. My Mom made this for us growing up and it was a real treat. Very easy and delicious.

Ingredients For crumb cake tortoni

    vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 c
    fine cake crumbs
  • 1 pt
    whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    rum or 2 tsp. rum flavoring

    Whip together and transfer into loaf pan, not glass.
