This recipe has been made by 4 generations of my family. No Thanksgiving is complete without it on the table. Few dishes say "Fall" to me more.

Ingredients For cranberry ice

1 cancranberry jelly

1 1/2 Tbsplemon juice

2 cwater

1/2 csugar
How To Make cranberry ice

1Heat jelly and water. Whisk in pan to help dissolve jelly. When smooth (there may be a few small lumps at the bottom of the pan), remove from heat.

2Stir in lemon juice and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar.

3Pour in to indvidual serving cups. Freeze (at least 4 hours). Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Serve with meal or as dessert.
