2 lgbananas, not quite ripe

1/2 cdark brown sugar, firmly packed

3 Tbspdekuyper creme de banana (banana liqueur)

2 Tbspdark rum

2 Tbspkahlua (coffee liqueur)

1/4 corange juice, fresh

1/2 tspcinnamon, ground

1/4 tspnutmeg

How To Make coffee liqueur bananas foster

1In medium skillet over medium high heat, melt butter. Cut bananas in half lengthwise. Add bananas; cook, turning once, about 1 minute per side. Remove from pan.

2To same pan, add sugar, banana liqueur, rum & kahlua; simmer 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat; ignite alcohol with a long kitchen match. When flame is out, add juice, cinnamon & nutmeg; simmer until thickened, about 3 - 5 minutes.

3Return bananas to skillet; spoon sauce over for 1 minute. Serve with ice cream.
