I found this recipe in one of my cocktails cookbooks and got a chance to make it today....YUM!

Ingredients For coffee chocolate soda

8 flounces strong cold coffee
-
4 Tbspheavy cream -or- 2 tbsp evaporated milk

8 flounces cold soda water
-
2scoops chocolate ice cream
- GARNISH

chocolate covered coffee beans, roughly chopped
How To Make coffee chocolate soda

1Pour the coffee into tall glasses. Add the heavy cream or evaporated milk. Add the soda water and stir. Place a scoop of ice cream into the mixture. Garnish with some of the chocolate covered coffee beans. Serve with a long spoon or straw.

2VARIATIONS: Substitute chocolate mint, vanilla, coffee, or cinnamon ice cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings, whipped cream dusted with cinnamon, fresh mint leaves.
