milk, low-fat
3/4 c

sugar
1/4 tsp

salt
1/2 tsp

vanilla extract
1 c

coconut, shredded

How To Make coconut ice cream

In medium bowl combine everything & mix well until sugar has fully dissolved. Pour into pan or freezing trays. Freeze until almost firm. Place mixture into a chilled bowl & beat thoroughly. Returning back to pan or tray & continue to freeze. Re-beat 2 times more during the freezing process.
