Ingredients For ez no cook ice cream

  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 6 c
    milk
  • 2 can
    eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • CAN BE FLAVORED WITH BERRIES, FRUIT, NUTS AND OR EXTRACTS
  • HOME MADE CHURNED ICE CREAM

How To Make ez no cook ice cream

  • 1
    Beat eggs until light, add sugar gradually, beating till mixture thickens. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream hopper (bucket), surround with ice and salt as directed by your churn's manufacture and start. Time depends on each churn.

    Freezes well and dips easy like soft serve Makes 1 Gal. My mother gave me this recipe about 35 yrs. ago. I love the No cooking and the soft serve flavor and texture.
