  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 gal
    chocolate ice cream

How To Make chocolate peanut butter ice cream cake

    Whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks
  • 2
    mix in peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk.

    line 8" disposable pan with wax paper and pour mixture into pan, smooth out
  • 4
    freeze 2 - 4 hrs or until frozen
  • 5
    Line 10" spring form pan with wax paper. Sides and bottom.

    Add chocolate ice cream to bottom of spring form pan 1/4" - 1/2", return to freezer to let ice cream to set.

    Remove Spring form pan and peanut butter mixture. Remove peanut butter mixture from disposable pan and place in the center of spring form pan on top of chocolate ice cream.

    Pack chocolate ice cream around and on top of peanut butter mixture. freeze until solid.

    Remove spring form pan and wax paper slice serve enjoy
