80 gwhite granulated sugar

How To Make chocolate ice cream

1Put 200g milk and 50g chocolate bar into the mixing bowl.

2Add 2 egg yolks and 80g white granulated sugar.

3Put on the measuring cup, heat the ingredients at 8min/90°C/REV2.

4Add 100g whipping cream.

5Put on the measuring cup, and mix the ingredients at 20sec/REV6.

6Pour the ice cream liquid into moulds respectively.

7Refrigerate the ice cream moulds in a refrigerator overnight before enjoyment.
