chocolate cherry nice cream

This makes an excellent soft serve. I like to freeze in 5 oz containers for future treats. If you do freeze smaller portions, remove them from the freezer and place in the refigerator an hour before serving to allow them to soften.

Ingredients For chocolate cherry nice cream

  • 4 lg
    very ripe bananas
  • 2 c
    cherries, frozen
  • 1 c
    vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
  • chopped frozen cherries
  • walnuts, chopped
  • vegan mini chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate cherry nice cream

    To freeze your bananas, peel and chop banans into 1" pieces. Place in ziplock freezer bag at least 1-2 days prior to making nice cream.

    In a high-speed blender, add 1 cup almond milk, cocoa, and vanilla extract. Add 2 frozen bananas and 2 cups cherries to the blender, blend on high. Slowly add remaining bananas until all are incorporated. Do not over blend! You may need additional almon milk, but be careful not to add it too quickly.
