1(14-oz) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

1to 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

3 Tbspbutter, melted

1 tspmaple extract
How To Make butter pecan ice cream

1PLACE NUTS IN A DRY SKILLET. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT; SHAKING PAN UNTIL NUTS ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED AND THEN REMOVE FROM STOVE.

2WHIP HEAVY CREAM UNTIL STIFF PEAKS IN LARGE BOWL. COMBINE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, PECANS, BUTTER AND MAPLE EXTRACT IN LARGE BOWL. MIX WELL. FOLD IN WHIPPED CREAM.

3POUR INTO A 2 QUART ICE CREAM FREEZER AND CHURN UNTIL IT'S FIRM.
