Ingredients For butter pecan ice cream

  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, ooarsely chopped

How To Make butter pecan ice cream

  • 1
    Mix milk, butter, water and vanilla. Chill. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze in freezer trays until partly frozem. Fold in pecans and freeze until firm. Serves 8
