I have learn to alter this recipe for any fruit, we love the raspberry and also the peach. Can it when its in season

Ingredients For blueberry topping

3 qtwater or flavor juice of what your canning

2 1/2 csugar

1 1/2 cperma flo
-
5 qtsmashed blueberrys

1 tspsalt
How To Make blueberry topping

1Heat sugar, in 2 qts of juice until boiling.

2Meanwhile, mix perma-flo and 1 qt of juice in a separate bowl.

3Add perma-flo to boiled water or juice and last add 1 tsp salt and stir till the thickness you like.

4Add the thickened sauce to 5 qts of smashed blueberrys.

5Put into jars and cold pack them to seal, bring to boil, turn off heat and leave in hot water for 30 min. Makes 16 pints
