I had seen this recipe on a website last week and I just had to try it !! It is actually unbelievable, delicious and so good for you. Hope you enjoy it.

1/2 tspvanilla (optional)
How To Make banana ice cream in food processor

1Buy as many real ripe bananas as you want to, I bought 4 pound.

2Peel and cut banana's in 1-2 inch circles. Cover a cookie pan (s) with wax paper. Layer Bananas in single layers, cover with wax paper and freeze 2-3 hours.

3Remove from freezer, put 1 Tablespoon milk in food processsor and banana chunks on top. Turn processor on high and process about 20 minutes or until bananas are creamy. (I added 1/2 tsp vanilla) This will look like ice cream. Remove from food processor...SERVE...Freeze any left overs to eat later. A good way to get your Potassium. Can pour an icecream topping on each serving if you wish. ENJOY
