  I ues a 14' cast iron dutch oven, hafe pears lengthwise and remove the core and seeds

  Combine brown suger,cinnamon and cookie crumbs in a bowl. Spoon combined ingredients into hollow of pears ( abought 1/2 tsp).Top with a pad of butter

  In the bottom of dutch oven put in a trivet,then a pie tin. larer pears cut side up.install lid bake with 12-15 cals under oven for abought 30-35 min untill topping is go;den brown. (you can bake in the oven at home at350 for 30 min) serve with some pecans,ice cream and mint
