Ingredients For zabaglione

  • 8
    egg yolks
  • 6 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    marsala wine
  • 1 pt
    raspberries

How To Make zabaglione

    In a large heatproof bowl,beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in wine.

    Place bowl over a pot of hot,but not boiling water. Be sure bottom of the bowl does not touch water.. Cook mixture,beating constantly,until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Divide berries among 8 sherbet glasses. Pour custard over berries and Serve warm.
