My family requests this every Christmas (maybe they like that it's green!), but I love to make this all throughout the year! It's so light and refreshing! I always double this recipe and make a big batch because it doesn't last long.

Ingredients For watergate salad

  • 1 20 oz. can
    crushed pineapple
  • 1 3.4 oz. pkg
    pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 8 oz.
    cool whip topping
  • 1 c
    jet-puffed miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make watergate salad

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together, except the Cool Whip, until well blended.

    Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to chill well before serving. Enjoy!
