2 canapricot slices, drained

3 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspsalt

3/4 cbutter, softened

1 cself-rising flour

3/4 csugar

3 lgeggs

3 tspvanilla extract
How To Make warm apricot buckle

1Butter and line the base of a 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

2In a medium bowl, toss the apricots with the cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

3For the batter, combine thebutter, flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Whisk until combined. Do not over mix.

4Pour and spread half of the mixture over the bottom of the prepared pan then spread the apricot mixture on the top. Pour the remaining mixture over the apricot mixture.

5Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.

6Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 mins. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
