5 capples (peeled,cored and sliced)

1/3 csugar

1/2vanilla bean (split lengthwise and scrapped)

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 tspnutmeg

2/3 cflour
-
2/3 crolled oats

2/3 cbrown sugar

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/3 cbutter, melted
How To Make vanilla apple crisp with caramel

1toss the apples with the sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and nutmeg.

2mix the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter in a large bowl.

3place the apple mixture into 8x8 inch baking dish and pour the topping on.

4bake in a preheated 350 oven until it is bubbling and the top is golden brown, about 35-45 minutes.
