1 peeled and cored apple(sliced)

1 orange peeled and sectioned

1-100 cal greek nonfat yogurt any flavor

2tbs nonfat milk.

pink sweetener (optional)
How To Make sweets for the sweet

1place all fruit on a plate

2Stir yogurt and 2 tbs nonfat milk to loosen it up. Put it in a shallow bowl dip fruit and enjoy.Sweeten to taste with "the pink stuff".
