Ingredients For sweet-tart cranberry cobbler

  • 3 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 1-1/2 c
    sugar, divided
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened

How To Make sweet-tart cranberry cobbler

    Heat oven to 325. Lightly spray a 9" deep dish pie pan w/ cooking spray. Spread cranberries in bottom of pan.

    Sprinkle w/ 3/4 cup sugar and walnuts. Stir w/ a spoon until evenly coated. Flatten out mix. In lg bowl, beat eggs. Slowly beat in 3/4 cup sugar, then beat in flour.

    Slowly beat in butter until somewhat smooth. Spread batter over cranberry mix. Bake 55 mins, or until crust is golden brown.
