This is a summer fruit combination that is macerated. It is a yummy combination of fruit. Serve it alone with whipped cream on top, You can serve it over cake, yogurt, ice cream, and cheesecake.     blackberries
  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 1 c
    sliced stawberries
  • 1
    mango peeled and cubed
  • 2
    kiwis cut up ( optional)
  • juice of a lemon
  • 1/4 c
    sugar

How To Make summer fruit topping (macerated fruit)

    Place all of the fruit in a bowl, and mix together.

    Roll lemon and over and over over counter top to loosen the juice Cut lemon and half width wise. Remove seeds. Squeeze lemon juice over fruit mixture and toss

    Sprinkle with sugar and mix thoroughly.
