Ingredients For stuffed pumpkin

  • 1 pumpkin, 3 to 5 lbs.
  • 8 slices bread, lightly toasted and cubed
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves

How To Make stuffed pumpkin

  • 1
    Cut top from pumpkin and discard seed. Mix bread cubes, raisins, brown sugar, margarine, evaporated milk, undrained pineapple, apple, walnuts, cinnamon and cloves in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon into pumpkin. Replace top. Put on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. Serve whole pumpkin on serving platter. Allow guests to scoop out servings of stuffing and pumpkin. Serves
