Ingredients For stuffed pumpkin

1 pumpkin, 3 to 5 lbs.

8 slices bread, lightly toasted and cubed

1 cup raisins

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup melted margarine
-
1 cup evaporated milk

1 can crushed pineapple
-
1 cup chopped apple
-
1 cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. cloves
How To Make stuffed pumpkin

1Cut top from pumpkin and discard seed. Mix bread cubes, raisins, brown sugar, margarine, evaporated milk, undrained pineapple, apple, walnuts, cinnamon and cloves in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon into pumpkin. Replace top. Put on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. Serve whole pumpkin on serving platter. Allow guests to scoop out servings of stuffing and pumpkin. Serves
