Ingredients For strawberry rhubarb crisp
- CRUST

2 cflour

1 1/2 coats

1 1/4 cbrown sugar

1 cbutter, softened
- FILLING

2 cchopped rhubarb (fresh or frozen)

2 csliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1 1/3 csugar

2 1/2 Tbspcorn starch

1 1/2 cwater
How To Make strawberry rhubarb crisp

1Combine crust ingredients, press half of mixture into a 9x13'' greased pan.

2Top crust with berries and rhubarb.

3Stir together water, sugar and corn starch, heat until thickened, pour over fruit.

4Sprinkle other half of crumbs on top.

5Bake @ 350 for 45 mins.
