~ strawberry cobbler ~

Hubby brings me a huge bag of frozen strawberries from the freezer and said his sweet tooth was acting up and was there something I could whip up. So, I decided to go online and search for something I thought would appeal to him. Being he's a big cobbler fan, that's what I decided to search for. Low and behold I found this delicious recipe. I wasn't sure about it at first as the batter was thin. But it cooked up into a delicious, tender batter that thickened the strawberries just right. I'll be making this again with fresh berries. One change I made was amount of sugar. Simply Red.com
